A new wildfire was reported today at 9:12 p.m. in Los Angeles County. The wildfire has been burning on private land. There is currently no information about the containment efforts for the fire and its cause has not yet been determined.

A rapidly growing wildfire raged across an upscale section of Los Angeles, destroying numerous buildings and creating traffic jams as more than 30,000 people evacuated, while a second blaze doubled in size some 30 miles inland.
