Captain Nico Hischier will miss the Devils' game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday night with an undisclosed injury, the team announced. Hischier returned to New Jersey for testing, so the team does not yet know the extent of the injury, coach Sheldon Keefe told reporters.
