Spirit Airlines is adding another caveat to flying with the ultra-low-cost carrier — a more stringent dress code. On Jan. 22, Spirit updated its contract of carriage to specify fashion faux pas that could leave certain customers grounded at the gate.

An update to Spirit Airlines’ “Contract of Carriage” became official on Jan. 22 and says passengers “shall not be permitted to board” or “may be required to leave an aircraft”

Spirit Airline passengers can be turned away for offensive clothing, not adequately covered or for "an offensive body odor."
